Sustained Energy’s stomach-friendly formula provides you with a consistent, steadfast source of energy so that you’re ready to tackle your most intense training and events with confidence. After 90-120 minutes of exercise, your body will begin to break down muscle tissue if you do not provide it with an outside protein source. Sustained Energy utilizes a 7:1 ratio of carbohydrates to protein to give you the complex carbohydrate intake you need to fuel your body, as well as staving off potential deterioration of your muscles. This product contains Soy Protein which helps reduce fatigue and tissue damage by minimizing the amount of ammonia released during exercise. Sustained Energy also contains other nutrients to enhance fat utilization and buffer lactic acid.

Suggested Use

Scoops per Hour:

--up to 120 lbs: up to 1.5 scoops

--120-155 lbs: up to 2 scoops

The One-Hour Bottle: Mix suggested number of scoops from chart in a 21-24 oz water bottle. Consume one bottle hourly.

The Multi-Hour Bottle: Multiply number of scoops for bodyweight by number of hours training/racing. Mix in large water bottle and sip every 15-20 minutes. Consume 16-28 oz of plain water from separate source.

Gel or Pase: Mix Sustained Energy and minimal water to create pancake batter-like consistency. Put in small flask and sip. Consume 16-28 oz of plain water from a separate source.
