Stride usage suggestions:

Rescue usage suggestions:
Mix 1 scoop with 8-12 oz of cold water in shaker, water bottle, or glass. Completely mix for about 30 seconds and consume immediately. It's best to mix Rescue with a fork rather than shaking it, as shaking will cause air bubbles. If you need to shake to mix then shake gently.
Workout Days: Take 1 serving of Rescue immediately after your workout. For improved muscle performance and strengthening, take 2 servings a day on workout days (if not taking any other products that contain Kre-Alkalyn creatine).
Off Days: Take 1 serving (optional) of Rescue in the morning or afternoon. If you are not taking any other products that contain Kre-Alkalyn creatine, it may be necessary to take at least 1 serving of Rescue every day for optimal results.
Note: When taking any creatine product, it's important to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. Drink at least 64 oz of water a day and more as needed. Do not take this product if you are diabetic or have kidney & liver problems.
