Our business hours are as follows: Monday - Friday (10am to 6pm).
Why do you have an actual retail location?
Having a retail relocation and selling direct to consumers on the web helps us learn more about their likes / dislikes and buying habits.

Shipping Questions
Do you offer free shipping to dealer retail locations?
Yes! Currently, we offer free shipping on orders of $399 and above. Note: This applies to US orders only.
Do you ship international dealers?
No, Our focus is purely within the United States.
When will my order ship?
Once we receive your order, we will process and ship out your order same day if order is received by 2pm (EST). If order is received after 2pm (EST), you order may ship out same day but most likely next business day. If we need to contact you regarding your order (mis-typed information, declined credit card, out-of-stock items, etc.), we will contact you via the email address you provided or phone call which could delay order shipping.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders out of our Greenville, South Carolina location. We use UPS Ground delivery so it could take from 1 to 7 business days for delivery depending on location. For example: East Coast: 1 to 2 business days; West Coast: 5 to 7 business days.

Which credits card do you accept?
We accept all the major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.
As a dealer can we order online?
No, not at this time. Since we only distribute selected brands (Performance Fuel, eLoad, Hammer Nutrition, Sportlegs), we prefer retailers to order via phone, email or fax once we have your dealer/retailer account setup.
When will you ship my order?
Once we receive your order via online, phone or email, your order will be processed. If everything is in-stock and orders are received by 2pm (EST), then your order should go out same day. Orders are processed and sent out on business days only so no orders are processed on weekends or holidays.
Questions About Products
What brands do you distribute to dealers/ retailers?
We distribute Performance Fuel, eLoad, Hammer Nutrition and Sportlegs products.
I noticed that Performance Fuel sells to products endurance retailers (bike store, running store, tri shop, etc.). I'm an endurance retailer so why can't I buy Hammer Nutrition products through you?
We have an agreement with Hammer Nutrition to only sell to health food stores, nutrition stores, health clubs, gyms, etc. We have enjoyed a long standing relationship with Hammer Nutrition and would prefer to keep it that way. If you are an endurance type retailer and would like to carry Hammer Nutrition products, please contact them directly.
