What are your business hours?
Our business hours are as follows: Monday - Friday (9am to 4pm); Saturday & Sunday (closed). Greenville, SC - Pickup for orders must be picked up by 4pm.
Do you sponsor individual athletes, teams and/or events?
We are currently working on this. We will be rolling out an application process and program shortly. Please use our contact form if you would like us to contact you once we have our applications and programs in place.

Shipping Questions
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders of $149 and above. Note: This applies to US orders only.
Do you ship internationally?
No, Our focus is purely within the United States. We only ship internationally to APO military addresses.
When will my order ship?
Once we receive your order, we will process and ship out your order same day if order is received by 12pm (EST). If order is received after 12pm (EST), you order may ship out same day but most likely next business day. If we need to contact you regarding your order (mis-typed information, declined credit card, out-of-stock items, etc.), we will contact you via the email address you provided or phone call which could delay order shipping.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders out of our Greenville, South Carolina location. We use UPS Ground delivery so it could take from 1 to 7 business days for delivery depending on location. For example: East Coast: 1 to 2 business days; West Coast: 5 to 7 business days.
Why do you prefer a business address?
We prefer to ship to an actual business address for several reasons: 1) To insure that your product does not sit outside for long periods of time since most of the products are sensitive to heat (supplements); 2) To make sure that we receive a signature confirmation (to help verify that your order made it to you); and 3) UPS tends to deliver to business addresses sooner in the day and make all deliveries before end of business day whereas with home deliveries will be delivered by end of day (up till 7pm).
I noticed my order was delivered via USPS Priority Mail?
Occasionally at our discretion, we send orders out via USPS Priority Mail.

Which credits card do you accept?
We accept all the major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.
Is the PerformanceFuel.com site safe to order online?
Yes, Performance Fuel takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When you submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected through our secure shopping cart system. Click the image for more information.
When will you ship my order?
Once we receive your order via online, phone or email, your order will be processed. If everything is in-stock and orders are received by 12pm (EST), then your order should go out same day. Orders are processed and sent out on business days only so no orders are processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive 2 emails with one email containing your order confirmation and another email containing your tracking number.
